Admission Overview
Thank you for expressing your interest in St. Joseph Chaminade Academy. Investing in your child’s education is one of the most important decisions you will make in your lifetime one that requires great thought. These are formative years, and the relationships built, through friendships with peers and interactions with teachers, will shape your child’s future. It is critical that those sharing the responsibility for your child’s education also share the values that are of primary importance at your home. At SJCA, we offer a nurturing environment that fosters sharp learning skills and a top-of-the-line curriculum that offers the best in education. The school follows CISCE curriculum and prepares the students for ICSE & ISC examinations.
The academic year for all classes commences at the end of May and ends in March.
Admissions for the upcoming academic year are open from November to March, but are subject to availability. We advise that you plan and complete your childs’s admission in advance to avoid the rush period, as the Admissions Team reviews applications for new admissions from November each year.
In order to take your interest for admission forward, we encourage you to make an appointment with our Admission Counsellors and visit our campus. Our Admission Counsellors look forward to welcoming you to our campus for a tour and providing details about the school and its curricular and extracurricular activities.

Monday to Friday: 9am to 3 PM
Saturday: 9am to 12.30pm
(Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays)
Alternatively, you can also fill the enquiry form. Once the form is filled, please take a printout of the same, fill in the details and submit the hard copy of the completed form to the school.

- Prospectus along with registration form is available in the school office
- The new admissions are mainly taken in the Pre-Primary & Primary classes
- The age limit for the admissions

- Criteria For Admission : Oral Aptitude & Intelligence test (Nursery), Aptitude Test & Interview (LKG &above)
- Enclosures:
- Birth Certificate
- Aadhar Card
- Transfer Certificate from the school last attended
- Xerox copy of academic performance sheet of the previous class
- Aadhar card copies of both parents (father & mother)
- Residential proof of parents
- 5 passport size photos of the child
- 2 passport-size photos (each) of the parents
All of the above must submit to the school along with:
- Filled Application Form
- School Transportation Form
- School Medical Form
